Just like last year Ken Albin has put together a fun and challenging tour that will take us through the south central part of Connecticut. Following our drive, we will gather at Millpond Gatherings for an off the menu meal. We will meet around 9:30- 9:45 at Millpond Gatherings for a 10:00 departure. Bathrooms will be available at the start. We will travel over the Connecticut River to Yankee Cidery for a short stop for a beverage and bathroom if necessary. From there we will head to Gillette Castle for a quick look down the Connecticut River. From there a ferry ride back across the river for a scenic ride back to Millpond Gatherings. There will be an alternate route and meet up should any drivers not willing to experience the ferry ride. There will be questions to be answered based on landmarks during the drive!
